Dolphins Introduce Brian Flores as Head Coach 1 Day after Winning Super Bowl

The Miami Dolphins believe they have found their guy by hiring a new Head Coach in former Patriots de facto Defensive Coordinator Brian Flores. Flores has never been a head coach and the track record for Patriots assistant coaches becoming head coaches hasn’t been the best but Brian Flores is a defensive minded coach and the Dolphins have had many defensive struggles even with very talented, high paid players on the defensive side.

So with a rebuilding just now starting it’s a fresh new slate for the Dolphins with a whole new coaching staff joining Flores and GM Chris Grier finally in control of football operations with no high expectations it’ll give Flores a couple years to figure things out and by the time Grier builds the squad he wants with the QB of the future coming in either this year or next year’s draft, Flores and the Dolphins will be ready to contend.

Flores will be a great thing for Miami but is just underestimated at the point but with results comes belief and I certainly have the belief that Flores can bring us the results…without a doubt.
